Here I am, starting my journey as Executive Assistant at LUMO Labs. You could say my childhood inclination to be surrounded by people and go places, finely prepared me for the role I’m in today. Whether it was arranging plans with friends or organizing family outings, I’ve always gravitated toward structure, planning, and making things run smoothly.

Before joining LUMO Labs, I spent seven years at an international recruitment firm. That experience gave me a solid foundation in managing busy schedules, multitasking, staying one step ahead, and the importance of relationships. Something that continues to energize me at LUMO.

I find it both exciting and rewarding to be in the middle of that energy, there’s always something new to learn and always things to do.

I’m particularly drawn to venture capital because of its fast-moving, entrepreneurial dynamic. It brings together founders, investors, professors, operational experts, and advisors from all over the world. I find it both exciting and rewarding to be in the middle of that energy, there’s always something new to learn and always things to do.

That same sense of momentum is what I grew up with and seek in my personal life. Why wait if you can do it now? Whether it’s organizing, fixing or literally building something — I enjoy spending my time with people who are not afraid to ‘just do it’. Both at home and at work I aim to anticipate needs, solve issues before they become problems, and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

It’s a place where I feel both challenged and embraced.

As I step into this new chapter, I’m looking forward to working closely with Sven, Andy, and the entire LUMO team, here in the Netherlands as well as in Norway and Spain. My focus is clear: to bring clarity and structure to their daily schedules so they can focus on supporting our portfolio companies. At the same time, I’m excited to deepen my understanding of emerging technologies, startups, and everything that makes this field so fascinating.

Here’s to building, learning, and keeping things moving forward—together. Good things are coming.
