Are you a bachelor or master student of communication, marketing, international lifestyle, multimedia, design or is your
interest aroused by another study? And do you have affinity with creative digital marketing? Then CityLegends is looking for you!
You are curious, creative, hard-working and want to prepare yourself for a career in the world of online communication,
concepting and/or marketing. You like to come up with creative ideas that stand out in contemporary life and that activate
people. You are also curious about urban sports and cultural forms such as skateboarding, BMX, graffiti and break dancing.
CityLegends is a growing and creative Eindhoven-based company that is creating a social platform for street athletes and street
artists – also known as Urban Sports & Culture. A digital environment where urban athletes and artists are connected, they
challenge each other, share hotspots, show and appreciate each other’s passion. When, with whom and where they want
to. Urban sports such as freerunning are also becoming increasingly popular, partly because skateboarding, breakdance
and BMX are on the Olympic programme.
Above all, CityLegends is more than ‘just an app’. CityLegends offers brands and cities creative campaigns to connect their city or
brand more strongly to our urban communities and to create livelier cities for urban.
Working at CityLegends gives you the opportunity to greatly expand your network and work with our partners LUMO Labs (international scale-up programme), the international agency imec.istart (supports innovative companies) and numerous urban partners. You will build expertise on

What will you be doing?
You will work in the CityLegends team, devising and developing various communication tools. If you are good with Adobe, CityLegends will be happy to let you have a go at it. From guerrilla actions in cities, social media campaigns with urban athletes and artists (influencers) to the development of new marketing concepts. You will use the developed communication tools online or at offline events. In addition, you are in close contact with the community and keep in touch with it (community management). And you research competitors, target groups and potential cooperation partners such as Red Bull, Vans and Trasher. This will inspire you and the team to develop even more appropriate and exciting communication tools.
Which tasks are involved?
– You think along with creative offline and online actions
– You are in contact with the urban target group and supervise the ambassador programme. You become community and
social manager for the CityLegends platform.
– You think along with and (possibly) develop various social media posts
– You research target groups, competitive & non-competitive markets and multimedia campaigns
– Optional (depending on your training) You create multimedia designs. Think of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Above all, you actively contribute to the wildest ideas for CityLegends!
